This small batch release commemorates the year 1783 when Evan Williams founded the first licensed distillery in Kentucky. Made with a signature sour mash, this expression is a vatting of less than 200 American white-oak casks. The vibrant honey colour is matched on the palate with notes of oaky vanilla, buttered sweet corn and honey.
