About

My Mission

I hope to create a site where anybody can lookup most anything they can think relating to liquor and find the information about it here. I started out forty years ago to have one of each type of liquor at a small bar that I had built at home. Then I bought a liqueur called Irish Mist that was the beginning of what has now become a 7,000 bottle “Liquor Collection”. My collection mainly includes gin, vodka, whiskey, rum, scotch, tequila, liqueur, cognac, and brandy. Use our ABC system or our Advanced Search to find what you are looking for!

I will try and have pictures of everything that is listed on the site, there are about a dozen things that are really old and I am still looking for. I constantly find things that I didn’t even know existed and will update the site on a regular basis.

I built a 625 square foot room over the garage and installed library shelves that will hold 9,000 bottles. It is more like a Liquor Museum than a collection.

Most of the other websites that I have found seem to concentrate on one particular thing like whiskey, vodka, rum or tequila. I have concentrated more on liqueurs although I collect all types of distilled liquors whatever they may be.

Although my last name is Craddock, I’m not related to the famous “Harry Craddock” who wrote the 1930 edition of “The Savoy Cocktail Book”. His book was about mixing drinks. My site is about the ingredients that go in them.
