The Beau family is one of the oldest artisinal Cognac distillers in the Segonzac, the heart of the Grande Champagne region. Samuel Beau started distilling in 1895, bottling and selling his brandies under his own name, which at that time was unusual. To this day, the Beau family still takes meticulous care of their 200 plus acres of Grande Champagne fruit, most of which is Ugni Blanc with a tiny fraction of Colombard. The Hor d’ Age is an average of 30 years old.
