This dark rum is produced using the traditional pot still and continuous distillation method, with sugarcane grown on Ratu’s plantation. The rum is matured in charred oak barrels for not less than eight months. This process produces rich aromatic, full flavored rum of the highest quality.
It is bottled at 40 %/vol in a 750 ml bottle that is wrapped in a mat made from the pandanus plant.
