Loft Organic Liqueurs was founded by Lisa Averbuch in a mission to “save people from the synthesized flavor and bright neon color of your average apple martini.” Loft considers itself the first certified organic liqueurs on the market. It uses no artificial additives for flavor or color–the spirits are sweetened with agave nectar. Wherever possible, they buy fruit from local farms who support “biodynamically grown” produce. Finally, the labels are from tree-free, babmoo-based paper using biodegradable inks and shipped in recycled cardboard. In our opinion, it is about as guilt-free as it gets when drinking liquor.

Loft Spicy Ginger is a favorite of the distillery and noted for a spicyness that is suble enough not to overpower the spirit.
