Spudka Vodka, while made in Oregon and blended with Mt Hood glacier spring water, is made from a base of Idaho-grown potatoes. Hood River Distillers also mentions a “complex 139 plate charcoal filtering process” that leads to a vodka smooth enough for them to recommend drinking on the rocks or in a classic martini.
According to the Washington State bulletin in 2011, Spudka has been discontinued.
