Wasabé Vodka is a blend of grain-based Dutch vodka and Japanese sake, said to be a mix of 75 parts vodka and 25 parts sake. The sake is made specifically for the vodka and the spirit is meant to showcase the Japanese spirit with no other added flavors. It is blended at 70 proof and recommended for room temperature presentation to best highlight the sake.
