Deva Absenta 70 is another example of a Spanish style absinthe produced by Destileria la Vallesana located in Plegamans just north of Barcelona. This one has lots of heat due to its strong alcohol content at 140 proof. It produces a quick louche and has a nice anise taste. This is some strong absinthe with a kick!
