The slow, natural ageing of this brandy in French Limousin oak casks over a minimum of five years, develops an astonishing richness of aromas, flavours and colours. At the same time it maintains the initial character of the wine, with its exceptionally pleasant taste, concentrated floral aromas and a finishing touch of vanilla, in keeping with the very own ‘São Domingos’ style.
