Bafferts gin, marketed as “A gin even a vodka lover will fall for,” certainly lives up to its slogan. Using only four botanicals (coriander, juniper, lemon peel, and orange peel), it’s a light and not particularly aromatic gin that probably won’t do much for fans of juniper-forward varieties. Bafferts is best in a Dry Martini, as many other cocktail mixers will cover its subtle flavor profile.
