A drink with quality, style and history. A classic London dry gin, James Burrough began distilling in 1820, and Beefeater is the last of the London gins to be distilled in the capital. The combination of juniper berries, coriander, angelica, citrus peel and other secret ingredients is known only to six people. At least 40% alcohol, it retains its full flavour and complexity of taste.

The Beefeater Distillery traces its roots back to 1820 in London where it was purchased (formerly Chelsea Distillery) by pharmacist James Burrough. He produced several different brands of gin, the most famous of which was Beefeater named for the Beefeater’s of the Tower of London. The brand was purchased by Pernod Ricard in 2005, which asserts a large re-investment program in the brand.
