We collaborated with an independently owned distillery just south of Calgary (and not far from where Christopher was born) over the span of a year and half, even borrowing their barrel room to blend various rye combinations. The final high-proof whiskey was brought to Treasure Island, where we continued to tinker until we were ready to call it done. By our recollection, it took no more and no fewer than 52 iterations.
