BÉNÉDICTINE 1510
Bénédictine is commonly referred to as DOM. It’s the oldest and perhaps most famous liqueur in the world. Originally produced as a herbal medicine by Bénédictine monks in France during the renaissance. The Benedictine liqueur is rich, sweet and aromatic with a beautiful yellow-golden colour. It’s based on 27 different herbs and spices, such as hyssop, lemon balm, cinnamon, thyme and cloves. However, the full recipe with list of all the ingredients is a closely guarded secret.
