Made to commemorate the second centenary of Sanchez Romate, this stunning Brandy de Jerez is aged in special 250 litre American oak casks for two years, before it is moved into a Solera system made up of 500 litre casks which previously held ageing Pedro Ximénez dessert sherry and old Oloroso sherry. This brandy is approximately 50 years old and is presented in a beautiful handmade decanter.
