Celtic Crossing Liqueur is a wonderful treat to behold. It is named for the Irish who migrated from their mother land. Made from Irish Spirits and Cognac, the recipe is supposedly under lock and key. It is sweet but not overly so. Hints of honey, nuts and vanilla give it a unique flavor. Very nice to enjoy neat or on the rocks.
