Haamoni Smooth Shochu is an American take on a traditional Japanese drink, Shochu. Traditionally Shochu is distilled from high-starch content vegetables or grains such as sweet potatoes, rice or barley. The Haamonii range is produced exclusively from grain, then flavoured with natural flavours, resulting in a silky smooth, lower alcohol (22%), slightly sweet, richly textured – yet lighter flavoured, vodka inspired drink. The lemon version shows aromas and flavours very similar to commercial lemonade, minus the bubbles of course!
