The industry- eading whisky titan auditioned the more intense variety of its flagship Black Label in select duty-free stores in 2010. Inspired by a positive response to the stronger-tasting blend, it was then offered as a limited-release variety in the United States, and its signature smoke has just taken a permanent position in the whisky maker’s portfolio.
