Uitvlught 1991 (Guyana Rum) – Uitvlught was originally Dutch estate on the Atlantic Coast west of the Demerara River. This rum was distilled using the famous Port Morant still, the last remaining Demerara Vat Still that produces heavier rum that suited the additional Hermitage cask evolution.
