Among the cognac qualities the V.S. is the youngest of the cognacs allowed to be sold in bottle after a minimum ageing of 30 months in oak casks. In order to achieve maximum maturity Maison PRUNIER uses oak casks of 400 litres coming only from the Limousin area and with an average age between six and eight years. This V.S. quality is seeking to combine freshness, delicateness and the aromas of the different production areas of the whole region.
