Quita Penas is another tequila produced at Tequilera Corralejo and therefore has suffered a similar fate of the other products from this distillery in the Mexican State of Guanajuato. Like the Corralejo line of tequila, Quita Penas, which was once a 100% agave product is currently only available as a mixed version. The bottle as 100% agave. Current bottles are not. This is not to say that this would be a bad tequila but you should be advised that though the new bottles look exactly like the original product, the phrase “100% de Agave” is no longer printed on the label.
