Meet and consult with our cellar & Blend Master to determine the most alluring custom blend, then age your personally styled brandy in a unique 15-gallon limousine oak cask in our exclusive private barrel room. The first alambic brandy producer in California, RMS Distillery was founded in 1982. The distillery follows many of the traditions of Cognac, including the use of eight French-build alambic pot stills. It also ages its brandy in Limousin oak barrels, encouraging evaporation to intensify the aromas and flavors. What is unique about RMS is its use of six varietal wines for making brandy. The result is an alambic brandy that is complex and rich in fruit.

Highest rated American Brandy in every competition it has been entered in. Complex flavors of vanilla, walnuts, spicy fruits and sweet oak. A blend of six varietal flavors. These wines are French Colombard, Pinot Noir, Chenin Blanc, Palomino, Muscat and Folle Blanche. The alambic distillation process, derived from old world methods, is subtly adapted to enhance the varietal character of these wines.
