Back in 1847 a French chemist, naturalist, physiologist and politician somehow found the time to create a liqueur which, believe it or not, destroyed parasites in the body. We believe this was caused by a ingredient called Camphor. Apperently his toxin sold well since it was still on the market up to the first part of the 20th century. We date this bottle to be from around 1930 and is does seem the last version on the market. Made, by the way, by Jean-Baptiste Combier, famous for his triple-sec.
