This brilliant revival of a long-respected name in Irish whiskey hearkens back to the great classics. Redbreast is a very special single unblended whiskey, triple distilled in old copper pot stills at Midleton Distillery. It is the only 100% pure pot still Irish whiskey on the market today.

The whiskey is aged for at least twelve years in a combination of old Spanish Oloroso sherry casks and fresh American bourbon whiskey barrels. The whiskey is traditional in style, being strongly flavored and assertive but not over robust or pungent.
