Seagram’s gin is a label is owned by Pernod-Ricard after the break-up of the original Seagram’s Distillery. It’s made with Indiana-grown grain and “mineral rich water.” Based on recent filings with the US Tax and Trade Bureau, production facilities seem to have moved to the Canadian-owned Hiram Walker production plant in Arkansas. Seagram’s gin is their flagship product and one of the largest sellers in the world, featured as a well-gin in almost every bar in every hotel in every major city. Pernod-Ricard claims that they sell over 3 million cases annually. It is one of the only gins in the world that is lightly aged in oak prior to bottling.
