Unique whiskey from a time when it still was possible to produce ‘Straight Bourbon’ Whiskey in Canada. Keep in mind that this whisky was distilled and bottled (in Seagram’s famous and now defunct Waterloo distillery) during prohibition in the U.S. Cross tasting with a Canadian Club 1929 which was bottled in the same year.
