Finger Lakes Distilling is the region’s first stand-alone distillery. On summer evenings, one can hear the “Seneca Drums” rumbling over the still waters of Seneca Lake. Legend has it that it’s a message from the Iroquois Native Americans who once inhabited the area, but skeptics believe it’s just the result of geothermal reactions.

Seneca Drums Gin, named after this unique event, is an expressive, yet harmonious London-style dry gin. It is distilled from their own local grape spirit and blended with eleven different botanicals. The result is a crisp, fresh spirit with notes of citrus peel, juniper, cucumber, and clove.
