Our small batch gin starts with freshly picked juniper berries that come
from the bans of the St Vrain River, here in Lyons, CO. Most of the other botanicals come from the Farmette (a local farm across the street). These freshly picked ingredients are key factors in the bright, freshness of our GIN.
We use a Botanical basket method. We take our signature mix of botanicals, a few of which are juniper, anise, clove, cinnamon, and cardamom,, then suspend them in the column of our still. When the hot vapor rises it extracts all of those wonderful flavors resulting in a very flavorful and clean product.

Our gin is small batch because we change the basket of botanicals out per case of gin. So we are ensuring big flavor in every bottle.
