Here’s a brand new liqueur from Italy that kinds of reminds me of Absinthe. It has some wormwood in it for flavor. It’s organically farmed near Torrino in Italy. All herbs and spices are organically grown. The spirit is primarily organic winter wheat grain that’s distilled and certified as organic. Then a little bit of nebbiolo grappa is added. It doesn’t have the harsh bitter quality of absinthe. I enjoyed it just over ice. Really unusual product from Italy.
