Volganaya vodka is a product of Estonia but appears to be–judging by the “old Russia” invocation on the label–creating an old-style Russian vodka.To us, this implies a grain base–likely wheat–with the charcoal filtration that was first invented and conducted in Russia for clairty and flavor.
